Which you can do on your own outside of Freelancers. It seemed that they implied that they NEW Health Insurance plan would be available in 31 states on a group basis, which is what people need. However, that only applied if you live/work in CT/NJ/NY. I am quite disappointed. For the freelancers insurance, you still have to apply directly to the insurance company (Golden Rule). But, I would never join a Union to get health coverage! I have BlueCross PPO. Ya, it's a bit pricey but my wife and kids get to keep the doctors they like, trust and are comfortable with.
