Copywriter Moms & Pownce Invite Giveaway

I have been deep, DEEP, I tell you in teaching, writing, and all manner of things marketing promotion, hence the recent quietude. I’ve been collecting resources for longer, more thoughtful posts, but for now I do have 2 treats to share:

In a recent post, Diana Huff, a terrific B2B copywriter offers her 10 tips to opening a successful at-home copywriting business even when you’re a major mom or major dad. (When I opened MGP Direct 20 years ago, my mother thought it would be so neat that I’d be able to work while my future babies slept. Yeah, right.) Wonderful stuff here, all hard-earned knowledge. (And yes, I did every one of these!)

I’m checking out the latest hotcha-hotcha widget, Pownce, and have 6 invites to give away. First come, first served to the first 6 commentors below.

I’ve just recently started reading this blog and have found many useful tips. Thanks for the effort you put into this site.

And I can always use a hotcha-hotcha widget, so may I have a Pownce, please?

Your tips are excellent but I drool over your writing ability. Does it come naturally? How hard must you work at it?

I am a direct marketer and Maven reader since early 2007. I’d love an invitation to try Pownce.

P.S. I miss your photo. I liked putting copy together with your pix.

Thanks for the recommendation before about the six-figure copywriting training. I’m shuffling my fund around to make sure my finances will comfortably absorb the cost of it.

I really want to be a copywriter. Good news is, a friend of mine and I are making an eBook together. Well, he’s doing the majority of the content of the eBook while I’m working on the sales page for it.
I guess that is one way to be a copywriter…Just start writing copy.

I think I saw that in one of Joe Vitale’s books.
