Us younger gals are looking to women who have more career experience, evaluating their success and trying to learn from them. In fact, the Internet has helped us out a lot because we can choose our mentors (like subscribing to a blog). One if the best examples of personal reframing was when I reframed my first marriage (11 years, divorced.) I didn't see view it as having failed.
