The Madness May Be Over, But Mine Has Just Begun
By Roberta Rosenberg on Apr 30, 2008 in Occasional Rantings
Okay, here’s the sad news. I’m not going to the Final 4. Joanna Young’s Confident Writing cleaned the Maven’s proverbial clock in yesterday’s Game 25 at PoeWar.
But I’m not discouraged. Nosireebob. I’m stronger for it, and gosh darn it, I still like myself.
Mostly. ::sob::
While I pull myself together for the rest of the week and try to get a little work done despite my pain, please enjoy this almost too cute to bear video. I’ll be back with a more cogent post in a few days.
In the meantime, you’ll have to excuse me. I have an open bottle of rye whiskey to attend to …
(And much deserved congrats to Joanna Young!)

Oh man, that’s just too cute. (You didn’t hear me say that. I have a cool image to preserve.)

@John, I was thrilled to be a contender for the duration. Thanks for making me a part!
