I, too, received the DVD.In my distress at receiving unsolicited merchandise from a trusted source, I totally overlooked the "keep the DVD" option and promptly placed the DVD in the envelope and marked it "Please follow directions carefully: remove me from your mailing list" as I do not wish to be obligated to act on an unsolicited mailing.
